Diversity and inclusion is an organization’s culture that promotes difference in people and cohesion in the doing of the work. Hureco Maverick, Inc. assist in providing programs, projects, training, workshops and guidance to stakeholders that, when implemented over the long-term, result in a cultural shift. This shift toward a culture of diversity and inclusion not only helps employees understand one another, but provides employees with a better understanding of their diverse customer base. The presenters will show how age affects training for a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Before constructing your method of training you need to understand how each generation behaves in order to create a training module that will be most effective for all employees, regardless of age. Because these behaviors are generated by differences in attitude and beliefs, it may be helpful to learn about them.
Join us on Tuesday, June 23, as our dynamic presenters provide a body of methods and procedures you can put in place or present to management in your work environment to improve relationships, expectations and the culture in your organization.
Both presenters are from Hureco Maverick, Inc. Hureco Maverick is a New York human resource consulting and human capital advisor firm founded in 2006.
